Following feedback from subscribers, the website has just been updated with a new page layout. The main changes are:

• The header bar has had been simplified and links to infrequently visited sections removed.
• The logout link previously on the top right corner of each page has been moved to the header bar.
• The entire header section now collapses with small screen sizes, making it easier to navigate.
• The navigation text on each page has been replaced with navigation tabs that are larger and easier to use on small portable devices.
• The table of contents links are in larger font.
• Table of contents for each chapter now include direct links to image pages.
