New images demonstrating Westermark’s sign for PE have been added.

New images of Biliary anatomy (Biliary disease), branches of the facial nerve (Assessment of facial weakness), differentiating pneumonia, PE and LVF (Assessment of CAP), auscultation sites for cardiac arrhythmias, cross sectional anatomy of the thigh (Penetrating limb trauma) have been uploaded. An updated image that better demonstrates the key functional cortical areas of the brain has replaced the old image.
