Delivery and returns 

Your shipment

Packages are usually dispatched within one week of receipt of payment and are shipped by Australia Post with drop-off without signature. The packages are not insured or tracked. If you prefer to have insurance or shipment tracking, an additional cost will be required, so please contact us for details. 

Shipping fees include all handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order as two or more distinct orders placed separately will incur separate shipping fees.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well-protected.

Returns

Goods damaged during the delivery process or defective at time of dispatch will be replaced only if the damaged item is returned to us. No returns or refunds for undamaged goods will be accepted.

Lost items

Items lost in the delivery process will not be replaced unless you had contacted us beforehand and we had purchased delivery insurance for the item on your behalf.
